My Mum used to make me a really yummy vegetarian chilli, years ago. She no longer has the recipe, so this is my attempt to recreate it! It's in the crockpot at the moment, and I will probably have many versions of it before I'm happy, but here is version 1!!
Directions:

Trim and roughly chop all ingredients.

Add to slow cooker and cook on high until vegetables are soft and tomatoes are bubbly!

- Should take around 4 hours on high.

is this a joke. 1t pepper,1 chopped hot pepper, 1t.cheyenne pepper We love it hot but I know this is over the top. I used 1/2 pepper 1/4t chey.pep also I had to add the bean protein and chili powder. It looses its flavors too the blk pepper taste. You'll need to serve with bread over rice.
