- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 118.29 ml chopped onion
- 118.29 ml chopped bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 709.77 ml water
- 29.58 ml sugar
- 29.58 ml chili powder
- 14.79 ml cumin
- 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (850.48 g) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 425.24 g can chickpeas, drained
- 425.24 g can black beans, drained
- 425.24 g can kidney beans, drained
- 425.24 g can white beans, drained
- 340.19 g can Rotel Tomatoes
- 170.09 g can v-8 vegetable juice
- 425.24 g can corn
directions
- Heat oil in large pot, then saute the onions, bell pepper and garlic.
- Add all ingredients to pot.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
