  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 (12 ounce) package textured vegetable protein, crumbled
  • 12 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 12 cups soymilk
  • 1 -2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

directions

  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, vegetable protein, rice, and garlic. Saute until onion is soft.
  • Reduce heat to low. Add all other ingredients. Cover and cook for 35-40 minutes until rice is done and cabbage is tender.
