Marvelous!! This is loaded with yummy veggies. The chili powder and cumin gave it a very nice flavor. These were easy to assemble. My husband who is the consumate carnivore even gave this a 5-star rating. Nurse Di--your recipes are amazing. Thanks :)

Great recipe and makes enough to have some left overs which were just as good as when I first made it. Would make it again in a heartbeat, thanks for posting!

Super! Even my hubby, who's more a meat-kind-of-guy, loved it. I made some changes in the ingredients according to what I had left over in the fridge. (like 1 can fat-free refried beans instead black beans). This recipe makes it really easy to substitute ingredients. Leftovers are easily frozen. Very, very tasty! Thanks

Just stopping by to rate this recipe because I am going to make it again. That makes twice in as mmany weeks. I really enjoyed this and am glad I found it to add to my meatless arsenal. I did not add the broccoli but that was it. I already had someone ask me for the recipe!

Fantastic! Loved by the whole bunch...I made a few changes: tomatoes instead of sauce, no brocolli, and no cumin (only because I didn't have any), added celery. A must add to our menu.

This made for a truly delicious veggie meal. I tweaked it just a bit for our personal tastes. I used 1 t. chopped garlic, increased the cumin to 1/2 t. and added 1/4 t. cayenne. That is the great thing about this recipe, gives you plenty of room to experiment and customize. Thanks for posting this.
