A great recipe from my recipe binders. It is light and refreshing for pasta.

  1. Combine cauliflower and carrot in a steamer basket over boiling water.
  2. Cover and steam vegetables 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and red and yellow peppers; steam another 6-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  4. Drain.
  5. Meanwhile, heat chicken broth in a small saucepan.
  6. Combine cornstarch and water, stirring until blended; ad to broth, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
  7. Add butter, lemon juice, parsley, green onion, pepper, and seasoned salt; cook 1 minute.
  8. Drizzle lemon sauce over vegetables jut before serving.

This was very good. The whole family enjoyed it. I think a bit more lemon might make it better.
