We tried this today and it was wonderful! I toasted the bread ahead of time so the sandwich wouldn't get too soggy. The flavors were fantastic together. This is going to be a regular in our household. I can't wait to have another one of these with a nice, cool lassi. Thank you for a delicious winner!
