Good Diet Salad
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup capsicum
- 1⁄2 cup tomatoes, deseed slicedthin
- 1⁄2 cup onion, sliced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon artificial artificial sweetener
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- mix all the vegetables and refrigerate to chill.
- mix salt, pepper, garlic, artificial sweetner and vinegar.
- before serving mix the vegetables and the above mixture and serve cold.
