  • 3 cups leftover cooked rice
  • 12 teaspoon sage
  • 34 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup carrot, cooked and diced
  • 12 cup broccoli, cooked and diced
  • 13 cup vegetable oil

  • Mix rice, veggies, spices and bread crumbs together.
  • Form into patties.
  • Bake at 325 until lightly browned on both sides.
