A Pizza snack.. More of a tip than a recipe

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons sliced mushrooms
  • 2 -3 tablespoons pasta sauce
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 4 -6 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
  • 1 -2 tablespoon ketchup (optional)

Directions

  1. Toast the slices of the bread.
  2. Apply the pasta sauce.
  3. Sprinkle mozarella cheese and the italian seasoning.
  4. Top with onions,mushrooms and pepper.
  5. Broil in the oven till cheese melts - around 4-5 minutes.
  6. Put ketchup on top if you like. Enjoy.
