  1. Oh, this was really good! I couldn't find lo mein noodles so I used angel hair pasta. I did add a little soy sauce and peanut sauce for a little kick. Delicious!

  2. This was very good although I did make some modifications. I was looking to use up a bunch of veggies, so I doubled everything. Used angel hair for the noodles. Added a green pepper with the onion, and added mushrooms when I put the snow peas in. It was a little bland at the table and my daughter suggested adding soy sauce - that did the trick! It just needed a little more flavor. Served it with grilled teriyaki chicken breasts. A big hit and will be served again. Thanks!

  3. Simple and quick, a nice basic recipe. Like the other reviewers I had to add a fair amount of other flavoring, but it's a great place to start. Thanks!

  4. Thanks for the recipe! I had to add a few sauces for extra flavor but it was an overall winner. :)

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
