      I loved it as is, DH really liked, but would have loved it with some kind of meat. Followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for posting, I'll be making this again.

      Enjoyed this ... didn't have exactly the right veggies but used what I had, I think this is a versatile and forgiving recipe. I enjoyed this as a vegetarian main meal, made for I Recommend tag game

      WOW - unfortunately I didn't have bean sprouts to add but everything else went in and I used fresh Hokkien Noodles which I soaked in boiling water for a few minutes until they separated as in the past I have found if you boil them they turn to mush. The flavour from the sauce was fantastic just the right amount of sweet and spice, thank you Dr. Gaellon for a keeper, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.
