  1. Cook onion in oil in large saucepan until tender.
  2. Stir in chili powder and cumin. Add undrained tomatoes, beans, corn, and chipotle peppers.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Garnish with cilantro, avocados, radishes and cheese, if desired.
