      I no longer buy vegetable bullion cubes. I keep this mix in my cupboard and use it whenever I would have used vegetable bullion. It works great for me.

      Thank you so much for posting this. I constantly cook with vegetable broth and it's not always easy to find or it's too expensive. I haven't tried this yet but I'm sure it will be great. Thanks again!!

      I don't like cooking with vegetable broth so this recipe is great to have on hand when I'm trying to include the vegetarians in a shared recipe. Then I will sub out the chicken or beef broth and use this substitute.

      Used this in a bean soup and it was a wonderful replacement for making my own stock. Made a triple batch and will now have it ready whenever I need it. Thanks!!

      Used this in Sylvie's Barley Pumpkin Risotto #109297 in place of stock. This worked very well; some dried garlic would be wonderful in this, but I didn't have any. Thanks for sharing this useful recipe!
