  1. heat oil or spray in pan add onion,celery and carrot.
  2. cook over low heat til soft around 5-10min.
  3. add sweet potato, corn, vegetable stock.
  4. bring to boil and simmer 15- 20 min or til vegetables are tender
  5. add pasta to pan and return to boil.
  6. simmer for 10 min til pasta cooked.
  7. serve.
