Scaled back for 1 serve for breakfast and toasted the rounds at the same time in anticipation of dipping them into a runny silky yolk but 10 minutes at 200C fan forced has fully set the egg yolk but was still moist and it still tasted fantastic so for my oven I know I need to cook for 7 to 8 minutes tops.
