This made a lovely full flavoured damper and went great with our vegie soup. For my tastes it was a little salty though so I would reduce the salt if making again. Thanks for posting a new way to use vegemite though!
Mmmm this sure beats a normal damper hands down! Was nice and moist on the inside with a nice crunchy crust on the outside. The cheese and vegemite was a wonderful combination. I made half the amount which was a good light lunch in itself for two.
