This salad is not only for the vegetarian, but works well for healthy conscious individuals, dieters, and fast food eaters.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix romaine, bean sprouts, and vegetables in large bowl.
  2. Right before serving, mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt & pepper and jalapeño (optional).
  3. Pour over salad.
  4. Can top with tofu, nuts, or whatever you wish.

The topping wasn't my favorite, but I love the use of the oranges and sprouts!
