Another www.chooseveg.com recipe - my DD loved this.
- 3 halved bananas
- 200 g vermicelli
- 3 tablespoons vegan brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 sheets spring roll wrappers (defrosted)
- Soak vermicelli and set aside.
- Mix sugar, and cinnamon together and coat each banana half.
- Place vermicelli onto spring roll pastry, add 1/2 coated banana and roll as directed on the back of the pack.
- Deep fry/pan fry until golden.
- (I bake this in a hot oven (450 F or 225 C)).
