      Very tasty but rich. I didn't have quite enough cashews so put in half a cup of walnuts. I think it would be great with a tomato sauce to break the richness a bit. I made it for my daughter for Christmas dinner and she enjoyed it.

      I made this many years ago. I remember that it took a long time to make, but the results were rich and delicious. I believe I used my own stuffing recipe, and I also remember that I had ended up using two loaf pans instead of one. There was a mushroom gravy recipe that went along with it on the site where I found it, and that just put it over the top! Mmmmm, delicious memories!

      To me this seemed like I was eating all stuffing, but I could have done something wrong too! It was very tasty and while I was eating it I was thinking it seemed more like a side dish, but it did fill me up! I will make this again, I'm already thinking maybe on Thankgiving!
