Use as a garnish for tacos, casseroles and soups. Recipe is from Vegan Express by Nava Atlas. Use
- 1 cup firm tofu or 1 cup extra firm tofu, crumbled
- 2 -3 tablespoons rice milk (or Silk creamer)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (to taste)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
- Process until smoothly pureed and transfer to a container with an airtight lid.
