I'm not sure where this recipe comes from, but it looks tasty. I used agave nectar in this as its very low on the glycemic index.
- 1⁄3 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1⁄3 cup non-dairy powdered milk
- 1⁄3 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄3 cup oats
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons filtered water
- Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into a bar.
- Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until firm.
