I'm not sure where this recipe comes from, but it looks tasty. I used agave nectar in this as its very low on the glycemic index.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 13 cup non-dairy powdered milk
  • 13 cup peanut butter
  • 13 cup oats
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 14 teaspoons filtered water


  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into a bar.
  2. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Enjoy!
