This is so yummy! Wow I loved it. I shared one serving with my kids (5 & 2) you can see the three little dishes in my picture lol.
Yumm! I used the Evans cherries from our tree which are a sour cherry and it was delicious. I omitted the agave sweetener and it was definitely sweet enough without it, even with the more sour cherries. And it is so quick and easy, especially if you have a high speed blender.
Made for PAC Spring 2012. This is absolutely delicious....the texture is unbelievably like ice cream, but it uses no dairy! I used natural peanut butter, honey, and cocoa powder, and frozen pie cherries. I will definitely make this again, but never again will try in a blender until I am adding milk to turn it into a smoothie. This recipe is definitely most suitable for a food processor.
Amazing doesn't nearly describe this - it is plain wonderful. I used cocoa powder, almond butter and honey. As the cherries weren't specified, I used sour cherries which turned out perfect.
