      These are not vegan though. The egg substitute is just the egg white.

      I just made these cookies and I'm afraid they're not very good. They were very tough and chewy. Is the oatmeal supposed to be cooked first? If so, you should include that in the recipe. Sorry it didn't work out for me.

      I've got my first batch in the oven right now. Pumpkin is always a winner with me, so this recipe just can't go wrong. I used applesauce for the egg substitute, and dried blueberries instead of raisins. Nonetheless, I know it'll be great! Yum!
