Looking for more ways to inventively use oatmeal, a nice quick breakfast with lots of flavor.
- 1⁄2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup plain soymilk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1⁄4 cup shelled walnuts
- Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl, and nuke for about 1-2 minutes on high.
- Mix again, top with walnuts, and enjoy.
