      Excellent tasting recipe, I added Daiya vegan cheese to make them more traditional cheesy and subbed frozen for the canned peas. I also put in finely diced red pepper for color and interest. End result is excellent but this is such a time-consuming undertaking it really takes hours and hours to make them. You have to really want these to put in that much time to make them. That said, it's great to have a go-to vegan recipe for them if I ever come across a few extra hours and have a hankering.
