Vegan (Non-Dairy) Chocolate Martini

Finally a delicious chocolate martini for those of us that are lactose intolerant. Your dairy eating friends won't even notice the difference :) Got from vegweb.com.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 ounces vodka (2 shots)
  • 1 12 ounces coffee liqueur (1 shots) or 1 Creme de Cacao
  • 3 ounces chocolate soymilk (2 shots)
  • ice, as needed
  • dark chocolate shavings, to garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients minus garnish into martini shaker with ice and shake away! Strain into an cocktail glass and enjoy.
  2. If you're using vodka on the cheap side, you might want to add a little more soymilk. Enjoy!
