      What a great recipe! It tastes sooo delicious and has such a nice creamy texture, yum! I used it in a baking recipe and it worked out wonderfully. I didnt add the brown sugar and opted for a tad more coffee due to personal preference. Ill definitely make this again, UmmBinat, thank you so much for sharing this here!

      I enjoyed this very much. I guess you could say I used your idea, but instead of coconut milk I used coconut cream from Tropical Traditions(1 tsp.) Next time I will cut back on the coffee maybe 1/2 instead. Very good.

      I must admit I used coconut milk from a carton, so it wasn't real thick, but this was a nice driink! Thanks! Made for the Best of 2010 game.

      Clear five stars - this is wonderful, better than the alcoholic and dairy one!!! I didn't taste the coconut at all, it was just creamy and coffee-y and I could adapt the sweetness so it didn't become as sticky as the original. This will definitely be a keeper!! Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2010.
