Irish Cream is very popular throughout the United Kingdom. Amounts are approximate.
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar (or more to taste)
- 3 1⁄4 teaspoons non-alcohol vanilla (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee (or less to taste)
- 3⁄4 cup plain rice milk
- Wisk all ingredients together.
WOW! UmmBinat, this was so wonderful! I made it using Coco Loco coconut cream which my grocery store sells in the drink mixer area and it was delicious! I also used almond milk instead of the rice. Made for Veg 'N Swap tag!
What a great recipe! It tastes sooo delicious and has such a nice creamy texture, yum! I used it in a baking recipe and it worked out wonderfully. I didnt add the brown sugar and opted for a tad more coffee due to personal preference. Ill definitely make this again, UmmBinat, thank you so much for sharing this here!

I enjoyed this very much. I guess you could say I used your idea, but instead of coconut milk I used coconut cream from Tropical Traditions(1 tsp.) Next time I will cut back on the coffee maybe 1/2 instead. Very good.
