Vegan Miso Gravy for Miso Lovers

This simple gravy can go over baked potatoes or whatever you fancy. It is important to do it at the moment and never reheat as miso will loose its properties and the flavour will change.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons miso (depending of your taste it can be darker or lighter)
  • 2 tablespoons water (add more if you want alighter consistency)

Directions

  1. As easy as it sounds. Heat the water until it is about to boil (can be done in a pot or for 30 seconds in the microwave). Mix with the miso, stirr until you find the consistency you need. Enjoy!
