This is based on the mocha smoothie from http://thebakehouse-recipes.blogspot.com . I didn't follow that recipe exactly (I used powdered sugar instead of Stevia). You can also add flavoured syrups and protein powder for extra flavour/nutrition! By the way, I have a theory that with a touch more xanthan gum, this would make a great pudding!
