This is based on the mocha smoothie from . I didn't follow that recipe exactly (I used powdered sugar instead of Stevia). You can also add flavoured syrups and protein powder for extra flavour/nutrition! By the way, I have a theory that with a touch more xanthan gum, this would make a great pudding!

  1. You may want more sugar- I like my coffee strong and dark!
  2. Blend together until cup mix is thick and there are no ice cube chunks left.
  3. Drink and enjoy!
