Vegan Jam Almond Cookies

I used slivered almonds and white rice flour as I didn't have the brown. I used apricot jam and it gave this a bit of tartness. These cookies are not sweet but very crunchy and tasty.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup almonds
  • 1 12 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 18-14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 cup maple syrup
  • 18 cup oil
  • 18 cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons jam


  1. mix dry ingredients.
  2. mix wet ingredients.
  3. mix both mixtures.
  4. flatten cookies onto a pan.
  5. add a bit of jam on each cookie.
  6. bake at 350 degrees for 15-20mins, until bottoms are lightly browned.
  7. enjoy.
