ingredients

  • 14 cup almonds
  • 1 12 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 18 - 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 cup maple syrup
  • 18 cup oil
  • 18 cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons jam

directions

  • mix dry ingredients.
  • mix wet ingredients.
  • mix both mixtures.
  • flatten cookies onto a pan.
  • add a bit of jam on each cookie.
  • bake at 350 degrees for 15-20mins, until bottoms are lightly browned.
  • enjoy.

  1. I used slivered almonds and white rice flour as I didn't have the brown. I used apricot jam and it gave this a bit of tartness. These cookies are not sweet but very crunchy and tasty.
