I used unsweetened almond milk so I added a touch more sweetener. Used Splenda to make this low carb. This really satisfied the craving for cocoa without spiking my blood sugar. Thanks for sharing!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons unrefined vegan sugar
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 14 teaspoon almond extract or 14 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add All of the ingredients in a microwaveable mug and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Stir and drink.
