  1. Combine all dry ingedients.
  2. Mash 1/2 of banana very well in a large bowl.
  3. Combine Applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract in with banana.
  4. Add dry ingredients to bowl in four parts (mixing in between).
  5. Mix all ingredients together until combined well.
  6. Heat pan on med and spray with oil.
  7. Pour about 1/6 Batter onto pan and cook until bubbles begin to form.
  8. Flip pancake and cook until golden color appears.
  9. Repeat until all the batter is gone.
  10. Serve with left over half of banana (sliced) and Maple Syrup.

I didn't have any applesauce. This recipe tasted better than traditional pancake mix. Used it in waffle maker and delicious.
