- 1 cup almond milk or 1 cup organic soymilk or 1 cup rice milk
- 1⁄3 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked overnight
- 3 honey dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon flax seed oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 -1 1⁄2 frozen banana
- Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve at once or refrigerate for up to 6 hours before serving.
