- 3⁄4 cup medium firm tofu (silken is okay)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons light oil
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 -2 tablespoon minced garlic (more or less to taste)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
directions
- Combine all in food processor or blender til well blended.
