- 177.44 ml polenta or 177.44 ml cornmeal
- 59.16 ml sugar
- 24.64 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml salt
- 78.78 ml applesauce
- 29.58 ml applesauce
- 118.29 ml low-fat soymilk
- 118.29 ml water
directions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Add wet to dry and stir well.
- Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
