Great basic recipe that begs to be modified and is fast and easy to make. We make a batch several times a month - great for breakfasts and spiced up to create a Italian style sausage.
This recipe is a keeper. Turned out delicious and had a great texture. Next time i'm gonna add a tiny bit of pure maple syrup to make it more "breakfasty". Plan on making this recipe for Christmas breakfast this year.
