Great basic recipe that begs to be modified and is fast and easy to make. We make a batch several times a month - great for breakfasts and spiced up to create a Italian style sausage.

This recipe is a keeper. Turned out delicious and had a great texture. Next time i'm gonna add a tiny bit of pure maple syrup to make it more "breakfasty". Plan on making this recipe for Christmas breakfast this year.

Absolutely the best meat I've made so far since I've been vegan, and that's six months. Way to go, I will always have this in stock at my house. Just perfect. I followed to a T. Thank you sooooo much!!
