  1. Cream first 7 ingredients. (May be chunky from banana).
  2. Sift together dry ingredients and slowly add into the creamed mixture.
  3. Fold in Apple, carrot, and nuts.
  4. Bake for 14 minutes at 350.

These were great! The only thing I would do differently was to shred the apples instead of chopping them. I was expecting more "cookie dough", so the apple pieces stuck out of the top instead of being fully incorporated. All in all, very tasty! I will definitely make again. Thanks!
