This is very quick to make and tastes delicious. This recipe is for a single serving, which is just over a 1/2 cup - it's quite rich. Feel free to add some ice cubes/coffee ice cubes if it's too rich for you. Multiply the recipe as needed!

Yummm. I used burgandy cherry ice cream and it was delicious. It was very thin when blended so I addad some crushed ice to the blender and and it came out great. Made for PAC, Spring 09.
