It is simple and easy. Can be varied to your liking quite easily.
- garbanzo beans (whatever you like) or white beans (whatever you like) or black beans (whatever you like)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon miso (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and whir until smooth.
- Spread on bread and top with sprouts, shredded carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers or whatever you enjoy.
To make it more interesting I added celery and grated carrot and 1 tbspn LSA ty was yummy
Quite tasty and a definite people pleaser for a party. Add water to get the correct consistency.
Nice bean dip but I found that it was on the dry side and I had to add water to get it to the right consistency.
