  1. Beat out veal until of an even thickness. Cut into neat similar sized pieces. Lightly dust with seasoned flour, shaking off the excess. Heat oil in pan and add veal. Cook over high heat until golden brown all over. You may need to do this in batches. Add garlic and cook until lightly coloured. Remove pan from heat and add parsley and vinegar. Swirl around to make the sauce. Serve with mashed potato and greens.
