Veal With Caper Butter

"Dear Me Donna Hay - you are responsible for a lot of our recipes. But the simplicity and speed of presenting dinner is wonderful. We couldn't source veal steaks so we substituted topside steak and cooked it around one minute a side as we like our steak medium rare."
