- 680.38 g veal cutlets
- 44.37 ml butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 9.85 ml minced parsley
- 1.23 ml thyme
- 1.23 ml rosemary
- 1.23 ml garlic salt
- grind pepper
- 59.14 ml pimiento strip (optional)
- 4.92 ml grated lemon peel
- 481.94 g can del monte peas (YES, canned)
- 14.79 ml cornstarch
- 29.58 ml water
- 4.92 ml lemon juice (optional)
directions
- Brown veal in butter. Add onions, saute til tender.
- Sprinkle parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic salt, pepper and lemon peel over meat.
- Pour on liquid from peas. Cover & simmer till tender (about 30 min.).
- At serving time, add peas and heat. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with water. Stir in lemon juice.
