  1. This was a great recipe! I've never made this, or any veal for that matter. I was a little scared to do it, but it came out great. I had bone-in veal, so I cut out the bone and made them for the dog. I made this with Angel hair pasta and spinach. I would like to try your other veal recipes too. Thanks!

  2. Good, but I prefer Veal Scaloppine Recipe #17912 by MizzNezz. The tarragon really makes that recipe. Thanks for another option for veal, but I prefer the Veal Scaloppine.

  3. Loved this! My husband, son and I really enjoyed this. Simple and scrumptious!

  4. This is the first time I have ever made veal. I really loved this. It was very easy and oh so good.

  5. I added minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and subbed wine for milk the second time I made it. Added capers too. YUMMY!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
