    This is like my Chicken Parmesan, but this one goes into the oven to cook. We love this one a lot too! I serve boiled Parsleyed potatoes with this.

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Mix breadcrumbs with 1/3 cup parmasan.
    2. 2
      Dip veal in egg, then breadcrumbs.

      Brown in hot oil.
    4. 4
      Place in 8in baking dish.
    5. 5
      Saute onion in skillet, add salt,pepper,italian seasoning,and tomato sauce.
    6. 6
      Top veal with mozzarella.
    7. 7
      Pour tomato mix over all.
    8. 8
      Sprinkle with 3 T parmesan.

      Bake at 375* for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

      Excellent Dinner! I used pork scallopine and fresh tomatoes which I chopped in the food processor with herbs and garlic.Turned out wonderful, the whole house smelled like an Italian Trattoria!This was the first time I made "Veal" Parmigiana but certainly not the last time. Thanks, MizzNezz for a great recipe!
