A Want More recipe-outstanding! Hubby told me he “learned that he loves this cut of meat AND the cheese type.� Believe me I was surprised to hear that. :D I could not find Stilton so subbed in an Amish blue cheese and subbed Wisconsin craisins for the currants. Can’t wait to share this. The sauce is SO good that I was wishing for more. Served with Roasted Cauliflower, Lavender, Rosemary and Garlic, Super Easy Roasted Red Potatoes, and Old-Fashioned Fruit Crumble (For Two). Thanks for a keeper, breezermom. Oh breezer, wonderful, tasteful, lovely chops with such exuberant flavors! I especially loved the Stilton cheese along with the currants. This is a keeper for a long time to come. I could of seriously spoon fed myself the sauce just by itself. The instructions were right on, and absolutely perfect! Made for ZWT 6 Zee Zesties 2010
