Veal Burgers

"For the tastiest burger ever, use veal with beef and lots of liquid. This makes for a juicy burger!"

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 4-6 burgers
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 lb ground veal
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1⁄2 cup apple juice
• 2 tablespoons hot sauce

directions

1. Preheat outdoor grill for high heat.
2. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
3. Grill over high heat to desired doneness.
