"If using a Kitchen Aid 9 speed mixer, use speed #6 and wire whisk attachment."

ingredients

• 1 cup whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

1. Beat the cream with an electric mixer until it thickens.
2. Add sugar and vanilla extract.
3. Continue to beat with mixer until cream stiffens or peaks form.
4. Refrigerate.
