I made this cake exactly as listed, baked it for the full length (20 minutes), it was cooked through, but still quite wet. Maybe that is how it was supposed to be, I am trying to remember if my chocolate sheet cake is that wet. I thought is was a good cake, but wanting a bit more flavor. Maybe next time I might experiment a bit and add some coconut extract to the cake and toast the nuts and coconut before putting in the frosting. Most likely, I will be making this cake again!
