Thank you so much for this recipe! It was just what I was looking for. I used two 9 inch rounds, greased and floured. No problems! My tip to new chefs - make sure you mix on high for the whole 5 mins. The results are amazing and this cake is soooo worth it!! All the best, Mizz!
This cake turned out perfect! The sweetness, softness, moistness was just right and the cake had a lovely crust. This one is a definite keeper!
Really lovely flavor and consistency. Easy to make! the crust was a little thick for me, but perfectly acceptable overall.
Definitely a keeper in my house. When I turned the bundt pan upside down the cake slid right out and looked amazing. In the past all the recipes I have tried were always too sweet for my taste, but yours was just right. I tend to like my pound cakes to have more of a butter taste to them, but either way this cake was a hit in my house! Thank you for posting your recipe. Italianmomof2
what a great recipe! I just threw everything together in a bowl after mixing the flour and baking powder together first... i also don't have a standing mixer so i just beat it all by hand for a few minutes until there were no more flour pockets.... definatly a keeper! :)
It's a nice cake. But it had an eggy taste and smell to it. Not what i expected a pound cake to be like.
This was goooood! My daughter wanted a vanilla pound cake, and I sifted through several ones before finding this one... It was easy and very tasty!
This is a perfect pound cake recipe! I loved everything about it. Frosted and filled with Fluffy Pumpkin Honey Frosting #147116 and felt very decadent. Thanks!
sooooo good, next time i will cut the sugar down a little but the texture and over all it was a wonderfull cake. thnaks
Super delicious! Served with sliced frozen strawberries, and whipped cream mixed with cream cheese and powdered sugar. My DH loved this for his birthday party!
